As for security, all school data is stored securely on our server, hidden from prying eyes and Google searches. A teacher can view and edit their class' data only after entering their unique username and password. Privileges can be given to guidance counselors, teachers, principals, and central office administrators. Even more security can be provided with the optional add-on of SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts user names, passwords and data for its journey over the Internet.
